Tori and Brittany are the best! My senior dogs are super nervous and don’t immediately trust strangers, but Tori and Brittany were so good with them and made sure their visits weren’t traumatic for them (or me lol). Tori also got me signed up for the wellness plan and you could tell she really knew her stuff. I could feel that Dr Kelly and the staff were very thorough, and actually cared about my babies and their long term health, so I felt like I could trust their recommendations for treatment and preventative care. We couldn’t recommend them enough, they will definitely be our regular vet from now on!

Great experience! We use Pet Paradise often for boarding and day camp. Our dog, Sadie, was overdue for her bordetella so I had them do it at New Day. While doing the bordetella they noticed she also had an eye infection and ear infection. After they fixed her all up she was able to go out and play with her friends! And it saved me a trip to another vet!

The New Day Vet Clinic was beyond helpful, courteous, and professional when it came to my dog Cali. I have to give a special shout out to two of the staff there Victoria and Brittany who were so sweet and gentle with dog! Would recommend to anyone!!

They have taken such great care of my cat and helped me get on a good plan for getting him to loose weight, he loves Brittany and Tori and lets them do whatever to him as long as he gets pets after! They are an amazing team!!

We had such a wonderful experience at the new vet office! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about both pets and their people. The office offered a happy visit. They took their time to love on my pup which instantly put us at ease. The staff took the time to listen, answer all of our questions, and explain everything thoroughly. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that their priority was making sure our pet was comfortable and well cared for. The attention to detail and level of compassion exceeded our expectations.
