I would like to thank Dr. Edmonds and Lia for their time, compassion, and care that they gave to my Fluffy. Although it was a difficult time with him getting sicker, they gave all that they could for him, and then some. He was my baby boy, my heart....❤️ Lia helped me during one of the hardest days of my and Fluff's life. Deciding to let him go, was the most difficult out of all my rescues. 'Thank you' is not enough to say for all that you have done for us.... Bless you all and keep spreading your kindness.🙏🧡🤍❤️

Had taken my 12 year old cat Samson there June 2. He was showing signs of pain and weakness. They quoted me a price of 3800 to pull teeth. He had to stay overnight. When i was called qbout him they said it would be 5300 dollars because he needed more extractions. They remibded me he was a senior cat. To me he was just a baby. I had to charge the care he got. Once he got home he did better. In August he became lethargic again i took him back and vet couldnt get his mouth opened. He stopper eating completely. She wrnt back and opened his mouth. He either had q tumor or servere infection. He also had hyperthroidism. I told the vet i didnt have another 5300 to invest. I made the decision to euthqnize. The vet told me we are in the euthanisa room so why not? Didnt undetstand

Our dog, Cain was attacked by another dog on a Saturday evening and we brought him into the animal hospital sunday morning. They were able to get us checked in quickly and into a room to wait. We didn't have to wait long to be visited by a vet tech and then a doctor. They only had one doctor working so he had to wait a bit to get taken care of but that was ok. They were able to stitch him up and check the rest of him for any bite marks we may have missed. They even trimmed his nails while he was sedated. The had his care plan written very well in a way that would make it very hard to mess up. His medication was also packaged neatly. We picked up our boy and I was very pleasantly surprised by the price. I was expecting to pay a lot more that what they charged for their emergency services. T

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! We came in the other morning when our 3 year old dog was having seizures that he was not snapping out of- it was his second time in a month having to be taken to an emergency hospital and we previous used Rossmoyne and they were AWFUL- so when this happened we decided to try Newberry and we are so glad we did! Dr. Neubaum was extremely empathetic and compassionate, and immediately listen to our concerns and made us feel calm as we waited for The medication to take affect and help our dog stop seizing. Bernadette Came in then and discussed all of the options with us and went over an estimate making sure that we knew all of the options that we had and pricing so that we were able to do what we could that day to get our dog the best care

I can not express enough love & gratitude. They stayed late to save my baby Greta, a 7 week old kitten that means the world to me. They absolutely care and are the best people. I owe you so much for getting my baby the care she needed at a critical time.
