Worst customer service experience. I followed all of their instructions before bringing my cat, including using a hard-cover carrier and providing the correct information. Upon arrival, I was told to wait in my car in a line, as this is not an actual clinic but operates out of a mobile home. The woman assisting with check-in was outside smoking marijuana, which I found completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering I was expected to leave my cat in their care. They then informed me that my cat’s carrier was not acceptable, claiming he would “suffocate and die” in it. This made no sense, as he had more than enough room and the entire lid is ventilated. I was told I could rent a carrier from them instead. This felt like a scam — why would I pay extra to rent a carrier f

A woman by the name of Bri Savala left a bad review.. id like to address this review... She brought a cat to be fixed... we require a hard carrier for the cats to be in.. she brought the cat in a hard carrier that was designed for a guinea pig or gerbal.... we explained to her the carrier was not big enough for the cat as it could suffocate in the carrier sinse he cant stretch out in it We offered to rent her one of our carriers... she started cursing us out and accused us of smoking weed in the premises... when in fact it was a nicotine vape pen called a "fogger" Mind you she came in with a voucher so her cost would have been $30... when we asked her to leave she went to the entrance gate and layed on her horn trying to get cars to move for her. Listen to their voicemail for info. Leave message, they do call back. I am not really sure if I have already reviewed this place but it is my go to shot clinic. Its so laid back and affordable. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats and I bring them all over at once. From my own experience, I check in at gate, wait in car until someone comes then they check/or get new information for pets, then bring in first set switch them out. Load all up and pay and leave. Always nice people as well. This is a no bullshit kind of place, be nice, bring your common sense.

I called to make an appointment for two cats to be spayed and neutered. The lady had a very rude attitude. I scheduled the surgeries and the lady insisted that I needed a metal trap are a metal carrier. She stated that I could not use any cardboard type carrier because they were coffins for the cats. She then stated that they don't deal with with the cardboard type carriers because they've had three cats by on them already. She then proceeded to tell me that when they go to sedate the animal for surgery they flip the carrier so in essence they're basically throwing the the cat up against the door of the carrier. No thank you I will not be taking my fur babies to this vet if that's what they do in order to sedate them.

I wanted to send a big thanks to New Village! I take care of strays and as we know its extremely expensive, but this place makes it affordable for me to continue my journey in helping more strays. They took care of my male kitty and he recovered quick and is doing great! Recently, I took in a very pregnant stray and was explained the risks. In the end, this was best for her quality of life and after a few days of close watch she is doing great after her surgery! Thank you for caring for my babies❤
