I did not follow through in time. Which was completely on me. My best friend, whom ive had since I was a little girl & 26 years . Just got cold and died. My other horse had died previous week. The vet he was left at for care and what I thought would be a series of trial error and treatment. Very appreciative of the love and care provided for our animals by New Ulm Regional Vet. Their vets are very knowledgeable and are great at providing excellent guidance when navigating a pets health journey.

Appointment was awesome. My pug, Loki was treated like a king. Everyone was friendly and concerned about Loki's health issues. He was evaluated and diagnosed. The doctor explained everything to me to where I understood. I would recommend this clinic to anyone that loves their pet.

Yesterday I had to put down my cat Zoey, she was almost 20 years old. My original vet retired and the new vet clinic that took over, didn't have time to take care of my cat after being with the clinic 30+years. They actually told me the names of other veterinarian clinics. NOT GOING TO SAY WHAT I THINK OF THAT BUNCH NOW! I went to the New ULM VETERINARY clinic and was welcomed with COMPASSION, RESPECT and PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. Me in tears trying to explain what I needed, WITHOUT THINKING TWICE, they set up the arrangements. THOSE wonderful people took care of everything while all I could do was watch, because I was trying to stay calm so I wouldn't have another stroke. They comforted me and my Zoey to the very end. I can't tell how much that meant to me. So GRATEFUL TO THEM!♥️💕♥️

I love NURVC, Dr Greg Windschitl, Dr Shah, vet tech Kaarin, and the other staff. I had a delightful appointment yesterday for my 2 year old cats who were feral up until 8 months old and had battled me ferociously trying to get them into their carriers. Everyone was very relaxed, unhurried, and extremely good humored and I left feeling happy about the health of my fur babies and like I’d just had a fun chat with friends. I was also greatly reassured by Dr Greg’s calm probable diagnosis of one cat’s mild, chronic, and uncomfortable, but not life or vision threatening viral eye infection for which there is no cure. I was given some amino acid chews that tend to show some benefit. My cat got this infection while feral and I now know what it likely is and that I am doing the best I can for her.
