Very organized and humane facility for all levels of equines. Definitely recommend if you are feeling philanthropic.

I attended their 'Trainers Challenge' event a couple of years ago...where trainers volunteer their time to train the rescued horses to give them a better chance at finding a home/being adopted. Here I am having my photo taken with the winning horse & the Volunteer trainer! WNCR takes in the horses no one else wants or will help. They provide vet care, food, socialize & train the horses so they can hopefully find a home. They take in the starved, sick, & the helpless....who else will help these horses? They also run a thrift shop in Edgewood...the donations made to the WNCR thrift shop, & the sales made from the thrift shop, feeds the horses. I have two rescued horses myself...& feeding horses can get expensive...not to mention the vet bills! This is a worthwhile & sincere rescue that ne

My husband and granddaughter are volunteers at Walking n Circles. To be a volunteer you need to go through training. No experience with horses is necessary. They enjoy their time there and have gotten to meet some wonderful horses and donkeys!.

My mom volunteers here and I went with her to check it out. They have so many horses and so many great people putting in the time and effort to help these horses not only over come their trauma but to be adopted and find a loving home. What an amazing organization!
