I cannot say enough wonderful things about New Life Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we walked in, Connor at the front desk made us feel welcomed and cared for. Jenna, the nurse, was so gentle and reassuring, and Dr. Lester Monterrey took the time to thoroughly explain everything with such compassion and patience. Most importantly, they treated Maggie like she was their own. You can truly feel how much this team cares about the animals and the families who love them. In a moment that could have been stressful, they gave us comfort, confidence, and peace of mind. I am beyond grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and genuine heart they showed us. Thank you all for taking such beautiful care of Maggie and Monty — it means more than I can put into words. ❤️

Just had my 2nd visit here, 1st visit was an emergency 2 years ago but I already had an established vet. After choosing to leave that one I returned here and Dr Monterey was definitely worth the switch. He seemed to truly care about the current and furure health of my dog, unlike many others out there who are just in it for the business side. I highly recommend him and this facility :)

I had a great experience with all of the staff. Starting from the front desk everyone was very nice and welcoming. The doctor and all the vet techs did everything to try to make Rome comfortable while keeping everyone safe. And even help come up with a plan on future visits. 10/10 experience and will recommend to others!

Just wonderful staff. My old grouchy dog is receiving excellent care and they never rush us out but give us every minute we need to discuss options. They fully understand that cost has to be a consideration with an aging dog and don't judge us for that. They call us to check on him too which means the world to us.

We were treated like my cat did not matter at all. Brought in two cats the girl tried to give a shot to one acted like she did it it was all over me and all over my cat's fur I said my hands are wet I need to wash my hands she said okay go ahead I think she knew right then at the shop did not get into the cat. She walked out of the room when she came back in I asked her is that normal for my cat to be wet in that medicine to be all over my hands. Even though I already said it to her before she walked out of the room. She said no it probably just went through the skin she'll have to do another one. She had asked me to help hold the cat and I wouldn't have even known if I wasn't the one holding so she knew before I even brought it up so she came and gave another shot. Then the doctors recomm
