My friend’s daughter found a baby turtle outside and wanted to keep it (it was adorable!) However I did not sense that would be good for the little guy and I called this place on a Sunday and the man that answered was so extremely helpful!!!! He explained what the best thing to do with it was and we went on a little adventure returning him to his natural habitat 🙂 Thank you for all you do and helping us help this little guy!!!! 🫶🏻

Steve is a very friendly knowledgeable guy. A small child and parents dropped off a baby squirrel and he took the time to answer all questions and show the child around. Seems like a great place for the abandoned, hurt, stray, and orphaned animals.

I was so afraid that no one would come because it was a herring gull. Someone hit him and he was laying on the bridge going into Avalon. Cars wouldn't even stop for me to go get him. Luckily my husband flagged down a cop and he called for us. Steve came to our house so fast I was amazed. He was very nice and knew right away what was wrong with the gull.i am so thankful for him and hope the gull will heal. I will call him next time there is an animal injury.
