Took my 10 year old cat in for a dental procedure... Communication was top notch, and even after an unexpected complication following the surgery, they got him back in immediately for another procedure to correct the issue. He's as happy and healthy as ever, back to acting like his old self. I couldn't be more grateful. Very upfront with the pricing, with an estimate that covers a wide range of possibilities. Even with that, the final bill was UNDER the original low end of the estimate.

I have taken 5 dogs in the past 7 years to NHAH....spent 1000s of dollars through the years. The office staff has always been horrible but loved the vets. Place has done nothing but go downhill. I took my 3 or old boxer to Med Vet, where they send you after hours, and Med Vet ask me where NHAH was....never heard of them. I told Med Vet after 1400.00 I'd follow up with my vet. I called NHAH the next morning and scheduled an emergency appointment for 2 days later. About a half hour later they called me back and canceled my appointment. I have sat there many times watching the girl at the desk roll her eyes at people on the phone pleading for help from their vet. Ill be spending my money at Heritage in Hopedale. SUCH a shame....I wore their hoodie and recommended them to EVERYONE.

Euthanasia. Always a sad choice. These folks were phenomenal. Professional. Caring. Explaining all aspects of procedure. Paw print keepsake. Highly recommend.

I love that they are a 24/7 facility. I have had to depend on that when my dogs previously got up in years. My new puppy goes to them now, and the two things negative that has been consistent is a couple techs having very little knowledge (I received wrong info a couple times from one in particular, so I called back after a bit and got to talk to a tech that I trusted bc I recognized her voice. Luckily these individuals usually get weeded out quickly). The second issue is they are never able to schedule very close to when you call in, you have to wait weeks even if it is a particular problem (as if extorting people knowing they will have to pay if they don’t want to be cruel to their babies).
