New Holland Veterinary Hospital LLC

This veterinary hospital is a true gem. We have been seeing Dr. Bryan Sullivan, and he is an incredibly wonderful and caring man. One of my senior dogs has been in his care, and he has been incredibly gentle and attentive to her. The other dog had to be put down, but Dr. Sullivan provided us with all the necessary information and support to make this difficult decision out of love. He even sent our family a sympathy card in Spanish, which was particularly meaningful to my mom, who is not fluent in English. The prices at this facility are very reasonable, making it a great option for all your pet health care needs. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

I’ve always loved them but today we had to put our cat down. It was my son’s first time staying with a pet and they explained everything to him and listened as he grieved both before and after. All services we’ve ever had there have been kind, non-judgmental, caring, and gentle.

During the ages of 8-14 my dog went to this vet. Unfortunately, we recently had to put her down, partly due to NHVH’s negligence. For months, we went to New Holland Vet & they told us our dog was fine, and that her pain/symptoms were just due to age. We finally decided to get a second opinion at a Lancaster Vet; in one night, they found a huge, cancerous tumor that was pushing against all of our dogs organs. This was after months of New Holland Vet continuously saying “she’s just old,” etc., even when we asked if there might be other issues they weren’t looking at/couldn’t find. Unfortunately, this was actually the SECOND time New Holland Vet failed us. Our dog had a large mass in her ear that went undetected for almost two years after NHV told us she just has “chronic ear infections.” T

We love this vet..they are bully breed friendly and do not discriminate. You would be suprised my girl was turned away from a few places over the years but not here! The staff is nice and the vets are knowledgeable. The prices are cheap and they answer questions over the phone. Plus they do a great job putting up with an anxiety ridden over protective princess pittie mom like me! Now my new rescue Monarch goes here and she loves Dr. Chris just like my old Sammie did.
