I have brought all of my dogs to NEVC. My current one, Daisy, has a heart condition and is a very anxious dog. From the doctors, techs and receptionists they treat her so kindly. I would like to thank them publicly. ❤️

I had a good experience with both Dr Laing and Dr Lemire. I definitely recommend both. The waiting room is calm, quiet and relaxing which is notable bc my dog becomes very anxious in waiting rooms. Tip: If you need to schedule multiple appointments, then book them all at once bc I was too flabbergasted to book my consecutive appointments and the receptionist that day was not helpful and looked a little too overjoyed that I made a mistake with booking. She looked happy that I couldn’t get any appointments for days. Luckily there are other vets in the area. I began taking my dog in November 2025 for a chronic ear infection and he was seen by Dr Laing — she was beyond helpful, kind and thoughtful. My dog’s ears have recently become a challenge and she gave me excellent options for his care.

My Dog had her spay and umbilical hernia repair surgery on Monday, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience here. They accept the Friends of Animals certificate, which was a huge help with the cost of the surgery. All the front desk staff were very kind and reassuring that my baby would be fine and was in good hands. The doctor also called me to let me know she was awake and did great! Her incision looks amazing, and she has bounced back to her normal playful self within two days. I would recommend anyone to this vet also I will be transferring my dog's care to this vets

I’ve been bringing my pets here for over ten years. Recently, my senior cat’s health took a turn for the worse over the course of a single day, which completely blindsided all of us. I called NE Vet Clinic about 90 minutes before closing and the receptionist was incredibly caring and understanding. They booked an appointment within 40 minutes of my phone call and saw her immediately. The veterinarian was professional, gentle, kind, informative, communicative, and incredibly supportive as I made the tough decision to end my cat’s life in a humane way. She talked me through the process every step of the way and gave me and my family plenty of time and space to process everything. If I could give it a zero I would . Office manager completely unprofessional. Denied my 16 yr old dog pain meds because she was one month past her annual , which was booked a few weeks from now . (Even though she told me we were 2 months overdue and if it was only a few weeks that would have been ok ) Should have switched a long time ago . Been there for 15 yrs . Went downhill after Dr Tom sold the business. Not sure why they are working there . Don’t seem interested in the animals at all . No interaction. More interested in money than the comfort of a 16 yr old sweet girl . Didn’t even try to work with me . Maybe we will give you some pills to cover till the appointment. And when I complained that I would give them a bad review she said she would send me my records, which I was going to
