This shelter was incredibly helpful during a really difficult time. The staff were kind, patient, and caring, and they made sure everything was handled thoughtfully and responsibly. You can tell they truly care about the animals and the people they help. I’m very grateful for their support, highly recommend. It's clear that they are trustworthy and genuinely dedicated to the animals they help.

New chances helped us find our new love! Aries was the perfect boy to join us❤️ The staff has been ABSOLUTELY amazing! After bringing Aries home, we needed him boarded for a major medical procedure and they took care of our boy while we were occupied. This little man is the perfect addition to our family. UPDATE: Aries showed an affinity to sensing physical and emotional distress. He is currently being trained officially as a psychiatric service animal. He might get extra treats because he picks up most actions so fast and easily. Except sit… not a fan of sit! Such a sweet and gentle boy. He loves playing in the water during his downtime. New Chances Humane Society is truly an incredible place! The staff and volunteers pour their hearts into every animal that comes through their doors. You can see the love, care, and dedication they put into finding each dog and cat their perfect furever home. The adoption process was smooth, thoughtful, and focused on making sure every match is the right fit. It’s clear that New Chances doesn’t just rescue animals—they give them hope, healing, and a fresh start. I’m so grateful for everything they do for the community and for all the lives they’ve changed (both furry and human!). I adopted the cutest little dog from here! This place was very kind welcoming and to be honest the best thing about this place is it doesn't smell like a rancid old pee! Which means they must clean good. The animals were all well fed and cared for. Super friendly dogs and the cats were just as cute as a button!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! New chances played a large role in helping me find my lost cat. Crystal and the staff were so kind and empathetic and went above and beyond helping us immediately. We didn’t even know where to begin and they took the time to guide us on what to do. You’ve restored my faith in humanity and showed me people do care! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
