New Berlin Veterinary Clinic

When we finally switched our dogs to this clinic, we found out how much better life can be with great veterinarians, vet techs, and caring front desk staff. If you have an emergency, 9/10 times they can get you in the same day. We will never go elsewhere again.

Very compassionate people work here and they are super nice. I feel like they have always gone out of their way for me and my two Corgis. And just awesome when I had to put my 17 year old cat to sleep. They come highly recommended from me.

We brought our Doxie in for an emergency visit with a broken nail on New Year's Eve. He got it caught in the heat vent. I called half a dozen places that couldn't get him in because they were closing early or were already booked, including our usual vet. New Berlin made time to see him, took good care of him, treated all involved with compassion, and were clean, quick and affordable! Thank you, New Berlin Veterinary Clinic!

Once I left the practice and asked for my credit returned after calling multiple times and being told it had been mailed out, they finally tell me they mailed it out a couple of days ago. I think their service is really crappy. I think the bullshit every time I got when I called asking for it back is ridiculous. I would not recommend this vet they’re very high priced. and obviously cannot stand by their word and mail out or do anything in the timely manner that was asked

Everyone is certainly nice enough, very beautiful and clean facility, but prices are outrageous! Almost $500. for an office visit for them to tell me my dog has arthritis and Lyme disease. They put him on medication and instead of helping me save a buck by sending the prescription to my pharmacy where I could have gotten the meds 90% cheaper they insisted on giving me the meds there. I will never go back to this veterinary hospital again. I understand that having pets and caring for them is expensive, but this was absolutely outrageous. Next time I'll wait the extra week and go to my regular veterinarian. Overall, pleased with most of the service but I almost keeled over at the checkout counter. I guess they have ti pay for that new beautiful facility somehow.
