New Baltimore Animal Hospital

I am very disappointed in this facility. I made a apt as I was worried about my dog last week during the ice/snow storm we got. Appointment was for 3:00p and my son got there at 3:15 to be turned away due to being late. Im not sorry that my son didn't speed or pass cautious drivers in 9w. I was just there a week prior for my dogs scheduled apt and didn't get in until 20 min after my scheduled apt. The vet apologized and thanked me for being patient. I was very understanding. They had no compassion for us being late due to storm, I was already concerned for my dogs health. We have been clients there for over 10 yrs. I ended up taking my dog to a emergency vet the same day. Really bad business and practice as I use to brag about this place.

Very welcoming and kind. Our first visit here was an unfortunate one as our dog had been hit and did not make it. They were so gentle and sympathetic. They spoke quietly and easy but very informative. They did not treat us like it was "just a dog", they knew he was our family. They also have a very beautiful system for cremating your animal as that is what we chose to do. We will now take all our animals here for routine check ups and visits. Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of my sweet Rusty!!!

Daisy, my Bernese Mountain Dog loves the staff at NBAH. She doesn't want to leave until everyone has petted her. They have a great fear free atmosphere which lessens the anxiety of going for veterinary care❤️

Great place to bring your furry family members reasonable prices.

My daughter went this morning to have her 14 year old cat put down due to not eating, vomiting, no control of bowels, weighs 6 pounds. She gets there and they want to run all kinds of test to see what's wrong with it. She said no I made the appointment so she isn't suffering. They wouldn't do it so back home with the cat she goes. They just wanted to make money instead of stopping the suffering.
