I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the quality and safety of your dog food products. Over the past year, I have experienced two separate incidents in which I purchased sealed bags of your dog food and discovered dead insects, live insects, and what appeared to be white mold upon opening the packaging. I attempted to contact your headquarters after the first occurrence, but unfortunately never received a response. As a company that advertises high-quality, trustworthy pet nutrition, this type of contamination—especially in a sealed package—is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Given the repeated issue and lack of follow-up from your team, I will be discontinuing use of your products immediately. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as consumer safety and product
