Wisakedjak & I lost our beloved Jeykl Hyde July 27, 2025 and I want to Thank You for taking care of my most beautiful boy in the world the following day.. I know he was heavy and you were completely kind, patient and supportive during this time.. Thank you for bringing him home to us.

Our companion Milo was in alot of pain and we were really not sure of a place to use for this. Milo of over 16 yrs had to be put to sleep. Not only did they help us. Mr. Nelson seems really to care for our companion and was a little choked up to. We have taken our other2 dogs there and been really treated decent. Our companions too Much as it was a hard time to let Milo go. They made him comfortable and truly gave us piece of mind that we were doing the proper care for our old dog. Thank you Dr. Nelson for your care and your kindness in our time of need. Hard as it was. You made it easier for us knowing he is no longer suffering. We have many more animals for you to care for and will be using you for all there care. Thank you for your service!!!

Please, look elsewhere for pet care! The prices are ridiculous for sub-par care. I took my dog in for a surgery, paid a lot of money and when I looked at the invoice, they had “provided services” that I did not want, never asked for and were never discussed with the doctor or any of the staff. I brought this up several times to different staff members who just condescendingly brushed it off and refused to make it right. I was even told that I would get a call from the owner of the company to discuss the situation which, of course, never happened. I also had to take my dog back in for an ear infection after her surgery and left paying $342! Insane. Due to, once again, them performing procedures that were never discussed with me. Amazing staff!! My dog had a cancerous cyst and they took it off within days of finding it.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Nelson Vet Services!! They have seen us through some harrowing times. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. We wouldn’t take our beloved fur-babies anywhere else!!
