Negaunee Veterinary Clinic

The care and services have drastically declined in the last 8yrs! Would NOT suggest this facility! Especially if you have a feline, our CAT was spayed and is still going into heat and they have been zero help! They keep pushing us off and agree’d to send a referral to go to a specialist Madison! This is what they told us two times we have called to try and get her seen and follow up on this!

We unexpectedly had to take our elderly dog to this clinic to be put down while on vacation. The vet on call was incredibly compassionate and had everything prepared for when we arrived after we had called ahead. It was the best possible way to let our boy go - we are very grateful to them. If we lived locally I'd feel very comfortable bringing our pets here!

Misdiagnosed or shrugged problems off not even just me, sooo many others. The people who work here take everything SO personal. You can be a client for years, god forbid you talk about the business online or have a bad day on the phone with them, or even a google review🙄!!! Or youll be canceled!! Then frantically trying to find a vet for your misdiagnosed animal!!! (They know we're rural with no one accepting patients) Therefore they do NOT care for your pets. ❗️They are the cheapest around for a reason.❗️ They'll never offer your pet a treat! & then complain about pet hair. I'm glad I don't go here anymore, otherwise my animals would have never experienced a truly fear free vet. In fact, my animals behavioral differences often makes me question what happens behind closed doors here. Mayb

I have always loved Dr. Chevy. She is amazing in explaining things in terms that are easy to understand and very thorough. Needless to say I usually request her for my animals. I have always felt like she takes the time to listen to concerns and go over all options. I have never felt like she was in a hurry to get through our visits. This week I had an emergency happen with one of my cats and I had to see Dr. Morris. Dr. Morris was amazing. All the qualities that keep me coming back to Dr. Chevy were displayed in Dr. Morris. She was kind, patient, thorough, and explained my options in ways that were easy to understand. She saved my cat's life, and the care she took to call and provide updates and the time she took to answer my questions made me feel at ease leaving him in her care

Thank you for taking the BEST care of my cat and answering all of my questions. I made daily calls to the office. The doctors and the office staff were very helpful and kind. I am happy to report that my cat is back to normal and feeling great. Thanks to everyone for their compassionate care.
