First of all, they are super patient and understanding. I am a first time horse owner, and they answered all my questions and didn't rush me. Just listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Then I got a grown horse for my daughter that got hurt in transit to us and they moved around schedules and fit her in that day! Super caring. Super amazing people. I couldn't have picked a better set of people to care for all my horses. All my horses are also rescue horses and they made sure to add "give them a little time to adjust and be ok before rushing to get things done". They made sure I knew they weren't DIRE and had a little time to get things done and put my horse's comfortability first not how much they would make off it. Very caring and compassionate people!

Dr. Cook was the vet servicing the Lincoln area when we had an old gelding go down. She squeezed us into her busy schedule and was kind, knowledgeable, and honest. She sat, rubbed, & talked to my old gelding as he took his last few breaths. I can't thank her enough for being a strong shoulder to lean on in those moments. I 1000% recommend her. The front desk was fantastic and actively texting me with scheduling as well.

The veterinarians and staff were so relatable , empathetic , kind, patient, professional when I brought our beautiful Charlotte to them after a horrific accident caused by another horse that endangered both of us. Unfortunately Charlotte's injury was too bad to be able to recover her. I am so grateful to them though for all of their help.

One of the best Equine Vet Clinics I’ve encountered. Our new little guy came home and was sick, they came out the same day I called and helped us get him back on track to being healthy!! Our little 8 month old guy is doing great. Prices are reasonable and every vet the works there is invested in their patient and owner’s well being. They are compassionate and caring and are genuinely invested in their work! Thank you NEVC

We had an unfortunate injury to a 3 year old mare. Dr. Thomassen was able to give a direct diagnosis and provided examples of normal x-rays for comparison. He did not provide false hope or unrealistic possibilities. It was a disappointing outcome for us but we were reassured that we had done everything within our abilities. I would recommend and will refer to Dr. Thomassen. Thank you for the attention are care our mare received.
