Our dog was hit by car and to have surgery for her back hind legs we bought her in but they were filled up and no room to take her so she had to stay and VEG in Cary until NCS is ready to take her which was fine. The next day they checked her in early were efficient and caring. DR came up with best plans for her situation and surgery went well. They kept us informed the whole time. I personally feel there’s so much love here with how they handled our Ruby with great care . It’s the best in the states in my eyes!

I cannot express how well they have taken care of my babies. They are very caring and give all information and options to treat your furbabies. I have been to a few veterinary hospitals, and NC State Veterinary Hospital exceeded every expectation I had. I fully trust the doctors to guide and treat as needed and can't put into words how grateful I am for Dr Harro, Dr Leeder, Dr Fonseca, and their staff. ❤️

NCSU Vet Hospital has to be the biggest rip offs I have ever seen. I'm 0 for 2 on two dogs I brought them. First was over 7k, when they ran me out of money with their overpriced treatments I had no option but to put her down and they could care less. Second dog was 9k, thank God I had pet insurance. Same old thing, we treat them and they will recover, not! Dog was doing fine then they call me and say it is in coma and can't be saved after they did surgery on it. Place is full of inept students taking care of your pets for exorbitant fees. If you have to take your pet there it's already over. Avoid them at all costs. No wonder vets that graduate from there rank so low.

I can't say enough kind things about NCSU Veterinary Hospital. Even though the outcome wasn't desired, the level of care and compassion is next to none.

The team at NCSU Oncology has been nothing short of incredible. They cared for my corgi with such expertise, compassion, and dedication, and thanks to them, my girl is now in remission! From the very first appointment, they took the time to explain every step of the process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt supported during a very stressful time. The level of knowledge and teamwork here is world class, but what meant the most was how much they genuinely cared about my dog’s wellbeing. I am beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for us, NCSU gave my corgi a new chance at life.
