I have been taking my pets here for almost 2 years and yesterday I became very worried about my 3yr old female German Shepherd Scout. She was having labored breathing and was showing signs of something very wrong. They got me in same day and even offered an earlier appt than originally scheduled. Dr Courtney and the staff I dealt with yesterday deserve more than 5 stars. Unfortunately my girl had Lymphoma and it was very severe, symptoms came on quickly and with no warning. They took the time to review every result with me and my options and were very honest but also very caring. Even though they close at 5 and I got there at 4 they never once made me feel rushed and gave me plenty of time to make the decisions I sadly had to make. Clean, quiet, Professional staff, no odors that scare animals. I've liked each vet my Chihuahuas have seen. The vets take plenty of time and answer ALL my concerns. I like having blood work and xrsus available at my vet clinic!

Didn’t seem to want to treat a cat with asthma. They prescribed one inhaler and said I had to come in a second time. I took him in a second time. They said they were refilling the prescription. Then they never sent the refill to the pharmacy. I called and stopped in to see what was going on, and they just gave me the run around with no clear answer as to why there wasn’t a refill sent. I had to go to an emergency vet to get the second inhaler. Then I had to go to a different vet in Canal Fulton to get a year’s prescription. It’s been months later now, and this cat is fine. If it was a personal issue where they just didn’t like me, they should have said so. It was very straightforward at the Canal Fulton Jackson Vet Clinic. I made one visit. We absolutely love Dr. Seward and Dr. Courtney. Their entire staff are so wonderful and caring. My Golden retrievers ,all three of them, look forward to the visits... especially Romeo! You will leave Navarre animal clinic knowing you have the best of care for your animals.
