Nautical Dog Grooming Salon

would not recommend anyone going here for a dog groom... the owner is literally the rude.. I have a 10 year old dog and have used about 1/2 dozen groomers and have NEVER had a worse more unprofessional experience ever... I have never even posted a review on one of these sites.. she was so bad, I have made my first posting....

So disappointed by our experience at Nautical Groomers today. Julie was kind enough to get us in for a last minute appointment for our yorkie-bichon. When I dropped off our dog, she asked how I wanted her hair cut. I said “short to medium, but my husband prefers longer.” Julie pointed out a little matting on our dog under her harness- which I was a little surprised by because we brush Winnie three times a week. Regardless- my puppy is now shaved down to her skin. She looks like a little cat which is NOTHING like what I was looking for. It’s obvious to me that rather than conditioning her and brushing out the very slight matting from her harness, Julie wanted to very quickly buzz her hair and send her on her way. VERY disappointed and would not recommend.

I would rate no stars. was recommended through a friend my golden retriever had Knicks down his neck that ended up getting infected. Do not take your dog here!

They did the best job on my reba.very friendly, very efficient. I will spread the word and will 100% be back. Thank u ladies.
