I have been sick for more than two weeks. A few years ago I paid 400.00 for a cat tower. Valerie and her much younger male partner brought it to us. That tower sat for more than a year. My cats would not go near it. Why? Because they have cats in their store that used it and it took that long for the smell to get out of it. Mind you I am a rescue mommy and have cared for and saved many cats. What I do not get is the fact they don’t even know what they are selling won’t work for people who have cats Well I forgot that and About a week or so ago when I was deathly sick I had to go out and stopped in to get some toys for my new rescue, patches, that came to us a week after I lost Chelsea in my arms to cancer. Very knowledgeable staff. My cats and dogs love the Fromm brand. It has helped their health issues so much. They are also very nice and helpful, offered to carry my cat food to the car because I was in an arm sling. 10 stars

I have been shopping here since I moved to JC 18 yrs ago. The owners are extremely helpful and caring and always available to answer questions and give advice on how to care for my pets. I love their products and find their prices very competitive and often lower than the big box pet stores. I trust the products they carry and know that I am getting the best for my fur babies when I shop there. Please support this wonderful, locally owned business!
