I’ve been coming here for years. They have the best products for my fur babies. I fully trust the ingredients of the products they offer at this store, because of that I make the commute from downtown Miami. I also enjoy the reward system for buying bagged food. Today the cashier with beautiful brown hair helped carry the bag to the car. I always have a pleasant experience.

I put order online a week ago and still didn’t shipped out. I tried to call the store. I called the 877 number multiple times no answer. I emailed them twice. No answer. I leave a message on Facebook messenger. No answer. I messaged them on the website still no answer. They charged me for the food $110 immediately when I ordered it and it’s just sitting for them. it’s impossible to get to talk to somebody. I have no choice. I have to call my credit card company get my money back.

’ve always been the kind of old-school customer who likes visiting local pet stores and asking for recommendations. I tried to find a pet food here, so I called — no answer. I sent an email — also no reply. Since I really wanted to support a neighborhood store, I decided to drive all the way there anyway. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the staff member who was supposed to help customers was busy chatting. I wanted to ask a few questions, but honestly after waiting like 10 minutes that the staff member didn't mind that I was waiting, I just thought: why go through all this trouble to spend my money here when I can simply order online and have it delivered to my home?
