I brought my 12 year old dog in because I was concerned about a few issues. Dr. Hess gave her a thorough examination. He concluded that she was in great shape. He offered to do some further diagnostic tests to alleviate any concerns. We agreed that it was not necessary. We left the office very happy with his explanations and professionalism. Dr. Hess took it upon himself to do some further research on the issue ( tremors in the hind legs when standing). His initial diagnosis was indeed correct. I was very impressed that he took the extra time to do this extra research and call me the next day with a very thorough explanation to alleviate any concerns.

Dr. Hess and his staff are wonderful, he is the best vet we’ve ever had. I have a senior dog and each time I call I’m always met with extreme care, timely treatment and thorough follow ups- even on weekends and after hours. Thank you for taking such good care of my pup and giving me peace of mind! Caitlin held my nervous pup all day at the front desk when he had a procedure. I feel safe leaving my animals in their care. Dr Hess and the all the Vet Techs are absolutely amazing. They’re patient and they truly care. I’ve brought my dogs there since they opened and always have been satisfied with their care and their prices.

My dog has seasonal allergies and my vet in the city had been giving the wrong treatment. After visiting Dr Hess, everything changed. In less than half a day he stopped scratching and finally slept peacefully through the night. Thank you.

I would recommend this vet. The office is clean, and both the doctor and staff are professional and courteous. The doctor is very knowledgeable and clearly follows best practices in his care. I appreciated the thorough and thoughtful treatment of my cat. Overall, a great experience.
