I can’t express how much love I have for this office! Dr Barrett is such a god sent, amazing, compassionate and wonderful Vet! She has ALWAYS been there whenever my kiddos need some extra help. I have a whole stock of kiddos that are more critical than the usual dog or cats! They also see exotic animals like Rabbits, Ferrets or anything small in between(just no birds!) Unfortunately I am a frequent flyer because of this bunch, but Dr Barrett always makes the time to see us! Victoria and Gwen are amazing advocates for the hospital, they wear their hearts on their sleeves like Dr Barrett does too! Of all the veterinarians I’ve taken our fur babies to over the years, Narra is the best place we’ve ever been! My soul dog Joey was diagnosed with heart failure and was being treated at another vet clinic where he and I were receiving mediocre care. A cardiac specialist referred me to Narra for Joey’s care and from the moment we transferred there I felt like we were both in loving, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable hands. They cared for my 14 year old Papillon with the love and diligence as if they had known and treated him his entire life. Shortly after Joey’s passing I got a new papillon puppy, Junior, and I knew instantly there was no other place I would establish care. The entire staff is phenomenal. Hands down the best veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. I’m still new to the area—about 6 or 7 months in—and finding a vet has been tougher than I expected. Most places weren’t accepting new patients or had long waits. So I was beyond grateful when a nearby clinic (that couldn’t see me for an initial consultation) referred me to Narra Veterinary Clinic… and they got me in that same day. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The space is beautiful and calming, and every single person there was so incredibly kind—not just to me, but to my cat Hurley. They pet him gently, reassured him, and made sure he felt safe the whole time. It was such a relief to see how comfortable he was.
