Nan's Best Friend

I cannot recommend Nan's Best Friend enough! She have an incredible way with dogs and a natural talent for understanding each dog's unique needs. From day one, I could see a remarkable change in my dog’s behavior. Nan combines patience, kindness, and clear communication to ensure both the dogs and their owners feel confident and supported throughout the training process. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your dog's well-being and can produce real results, Nan is the one to go to! My dog loves her, and so do I. Five stars!

I have owned an Afghan Hound for years. The breed is difficult to train, with a disposition like that of a cat. Like Frank Sinatra’s song-“ I did it my way “……..that is how they behave and think. I explained this to Nan and gave her a book about the breed. ( It isn’t my job to train- I spoil ) During our first session, she had Count Basie 🎶 following a command without saying a word. She carries the MAGIC TOOL with her and I could not believe my eyes. I am being trained as well, so that we are consistent when handling my pup. She is making great strides, and I am following her lead. Together, we will have an obedient, and beautiful dog. I am so very thankful for all she is teaching me, as well as Basie. Dogs relate to Nan immediately so they learn quickly. They sense that she knows what she is doing when she starts training, and they are comfortable and happy to cooperate. A very important part of her training is teaching the owner proper techniques so the training continues after her lessons! I highly recommend her‼️

Nan is knowledgeable and an excellent dog trainer. She visits the library and does programs for the local kids. The kids love her!!
