I thought I could trust this place with my vulnerable senior dog. I came back to find out they overly trimmed her nails and the end tip of her tail looks raw and bloody. When I asked about her nails being overly cut they said “that’s where we’re supposed to cut” when I asked about the blood spots on her nails they said “that’s not blood that’s how it’s supposed to look” when I asked what happened to her tail, they said “she moves a lot, her tail got caught on the nail cutter.” Not once did they apologize. Not once did they offer me a discount for the damage. They charged me $95 for a wash & cut and nail trimmings.

I have taken my dog twice and they have made her look like the pictures I send them both times she’s clean and cute with her bows and happy. Very good service.

Absolutely love the service here .💖 The employees are always extremely attentive and patient with Bella (she’s not the easiest dog to groom ) but I appreciate them always taking their time with her .

First time going, and I did need my pet records (a city of LA requirement). They were very reasonable on price, excellent on service and care. I love the bows on the back of her ears.

I strongly advise against bringing your dog to this place if you don’t want them to suffer trauma for life. I took my German Shepherd there, and I regret it immensely. They completely shaved her hair off, despite my clear instruction to only trim her belly. When I confronted them about it, they naively claimed I had approved the full haircut. Do they really think I would consent to such a drastic change for my German Shepherd? When I brought her home, she was clearly distressed, hiding under the bed and refusing to eat. They took away her joy completely. To make matters worse, they even cut her tail, which forced me to take her to the vet. On top of all this, the groomers displayed unprofessional behavior, arguing amongst themselves in front of clients. Do your research and choose a bett
