Very friendly, explained everything, drop off was at 11 am, pickup was between 4 and 5 pm. My male got a bath, haircut, and nails, which she did an AMAZING job on, my female got a bath and nails, also a great job! My dogs seemed to have a blast, were tuckered right out, and both dogs adored her! I WILL be bringing my dogs back for their future Grooming needs!
If I could leave a zero star review I would :/. It really breaks my heart that i even have to leave a bad review. One of my dogs is paralyzed in her hind legs. She was sent home with a deep cut into her paw, accidents happen I understand. My poor little baby had about four cuts and bruises, all around the places she is paralyzed at. I understand disables doggies may be “ tough “ to work with but I'd rather be denied service than a mistreated baby. These bruises are deeper then just knicks and it seems a bit odd there was no communication or even attempt to communicate about the mishaps that occurred. My other doggie with no physical disabilities he appears to be okay and his cut is fair i would say. Moral of the story if your doggy is disabled or possibly “ difficult” to work with i wouldn
I recently took my corgi in for a simple trim, as his fur was getting quite long. I realize now that I assumed all groomers would be familiar with double-coated breeds, and I should have verified that beforehand. Unfortunately, instead of just giving him a trim, she shaved off almost all layers of his coat. This is concerning, as a corgi's coat serves as a protective barrier against the sun and changing weather. She didn’t reach out to discuss any difficulties she encountered while grooming, which would have allowed me to advise her on how to proceed. It’s disappointing that she hasn’t responded to my messages about my concerns regarding his short coat. I understand that we all learn from our experiences, but now I’ll need to be particularly vigilant about his care until his fur grows bac
My first time taking my 10 month old puppy (Bruce) to a groomer. I usually do it myself. But, this time, I decided to utilize a groomer. For my first experience, this was one to remember. She knew more about what my dog liked than I did lol. She also took time to talk to us about ways to help with our dogs anxiety before his grooming session. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Well worth it!
100 percent recommend!! She did an amazing job on our labradoodle ❤️ We definitely will be using her services more often!
