Mutt in Jeff

They go the extra mile at Mutt in Jeff to make your dog feel like they are at home. I don't know of another kennel that plays videos for the dogs or special soothing music to help them relax. And they always text you photos of the dogs. There's a reason they have been in business for almost 50 years!

The covered Play Yard is a game changer. My dog doesn't like to go out in the rain or even the snow to do his business. That's not an issue at Mutt in Jeff. They have a spacious covered Play Yard where the dogs can go out and not get wet. What a plus.

do not go here, I used them for many years and this time was it. They neglected my dog and blamed it on my dog. He was returned to me with a tail injury and the vet stated it seemed that his tail was slammed in a door. My dog is in major pain and has an infection due to what they did to him. I trusted them with my baby and this is the price I pay. Do your self a favor and go to another kennel. They’re not professional and I could’ve brought my pet else were all of these years.

If I could give this NO STARS, I would!! We did not have a good experience there. My dog got sick and the kennel owners didn't seem to have any clue about how or when or how his symptoms were. They kicked him out earlier than the reservation time. Also, they seem to run another business next door to the kennel and are not on site all the time to monitor the dogs. Terrible communication--they were available by text only. And their prices charged at the kennel were higher that what was posted on their web site, which they did not tell me until I was paying. My dog came back sick and traumatized.

To Elle Italo, I'm not sure where you boarded, but it's not the Mutt in Jeff we've been using for many years. In fact, they recently noticed something wasn't right with our dog, Frankie, not long after we dropped off. They notified us immediately and we made a vet appointment for him that day. They took Frankie to the vet where it was discovered he had some kind of virus that needed immediate attention. They prescribed meds which Mutt in Jeff then administered for us and a major health issue was avoided. That's the Mutt in Jeff I go to -- not sure where you went.
