Last and Final time we bring our dogs, Not once but TWICE have made it clear to not bald our dogs because their hair is not in a nappy condition. After picking them up they are bald, we believe she just doesn’t want to do all that extra work and give them their EXPECTED hair cut so cuts them bald.
Very, very welcoming.. This has to be place from now on I'm bringing my baby Blue. No hidden fees and they know what they are doing... Old school feeling... Lol.
Kathy has been amazing to my sister (Mom's) Molly! Always sweet and friendly and my sister looks amazing in her Christmas photos!
I love this place! Great staff who always do an excellent job. I’ve used them with two different dogs and they both seemed relaxed and happy when I picked them up! Great job on nails too.
Lots of stuff for so many projects, but for the customer who comes here sporadically, why aren't there aisles labeled or a directory at the front. It would clearly be a 4 place with an easy to use directory
