Mustang Animal Shelter

So I just got off the phone with the receptionist and she was quite frankly rude. Her snippy comments, tone, and attitude were unnecessary. Honestly wouldn't want to get a pet or rehome through here just because the experience you'd recieve. I have been trying to rehome an unhappy cat for a long time, but for some reason its been very difficult to do so. I turned to them to see if they'd be a good fit to help out. My partner has called them multiple times and left voicemails, they didn't answer or call back. So I gave it voicemail, and the woman who answered my call seemed to already have an attitude over the phone. I told her we were looking to rehome a cat and her response was: "Well that's unfortunate. So you're just going to rehome her instead of the other cats." Her exact words. The

I had an excellent experience here! The adoption process was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful and very kind. The lady at the front desk that I talked to showed me the kittens available for adoption and let me interact with them. Once I decided which kitten I wanted, I filled out some paperwork and got to interact more with the cats. Once everything is worked out, they give you a bag of toys and treats + a collar for the animal. The adoption fee is only $35 and they have you pay either by phone or at the City Hall. I was so happy to have a good experience — I walked in with a kitten in mind and left the same day with the perfect cat! The shelter is clean and well maintained and all the animals look healthy and happy. Thank you for helping me adopt the perfect pet!

Buckee and I, couldn't be happier. Found him, a year ago, last January. The people at Mustang Animal Shelter, couldn't be better. Can't say enough great things.

The Mustang Animal Shelter is phenomenal! We found a dog, well, maybe she found us. We worked with the shelter to find her owners while we fostered. No luck on her previous owners, so we were able to adopt her!

I live 5 feet from their juridiction. i found a kitten i can't keep. I've posted on 5 sites to find her home....mustang shelter refused to take her. Im severly allergic to cats. I've kept her 3 days locked up in my bathroom feeding her. THEY REFUSED TO HELP!!! So im forced to release her in this heat...UPDATE, I TOOK HER here and MADE THEM TAKE HER. I hope that she's finds a good home she's precious and very sweet.
