I truly did not want to leave a negative review, but I feel it’s important to share our experience. We’ve been boarding our dogs at Musselman’s for over a year, and while the staff has always been friendly and the prices reasonable, I can no longer recommend this facility. Our brachycephalic dog was diagnosed with kennel cough after our most recent visit. When I contacted Musselman’s, they confirmed they’ve had known cases for over a month. This information was never disclosed before our most recent boarding two weeks ago. When I asked if they planned to temporarily close for full sanitation, I was told no — they would simply “increase their cleaning protocols.” This is unacceptable for an active outbreak of kennel cough. We have never left our dogs at a boarding facility so we were very appreciative and we will take them back for another vacation. Both of our dogs loved the staff and they were well taken care of. Your dog will be in great hands. I highly recommend

I am so happy that a friend referred me to your kennel for boarding. When I pull into the driveway both of my dogs are so excited to be there. It is so reassuring and creates peace of mind knowing that my dogs are happy to be there while I'm away. They are happy and full of energy when I pick them up. The staff is helpful and convey that they genuinely love what they are doing. This place is truly a pet paradise.

My keeshond loves going to Musselman's! I have had great experiences with them. They are caring and friendly.
