Muskogee Animal Shelter

I was very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. I was never informed ahead of time that I needed a pet carrier, and when I didn’t have one, the staff member handled it with attitude rather than offering guidance or understanding. I also felt that my concerns for my cat’s comfort and safety were dismissed, and the overall communication was poor. I left feeling anxious and unwelcome. I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience, and I hope they improve their procedures and customer service for the wellbeing of both animals and their owners.

I would like you to go to my dogs my favorite animals or gallery I just want to know why when there was no reason no legal reason for you to to do that to me Joey and Shadow they were more than just my dog for my service nimal my companions a you're supposed to be civil servants of the City of Muskogee and I am a veteran and y'all did not serve me with anything but pain and suffering I raised both of those animals since they were babys they were trained cater to me as a handicap veteran they were My service animals everybody in Muskogee knew that I'm never going to give up on Joey or Shadow I want my animals back there's no money that you are anybody else can offer me for my service animals I am so mad I'm disappointed in Muskogee animal shelter and in some people in Muskogee PD I may repo

Thank goodness for the hard working people at the animal shelter. They were extremely helpful and kind when I found a wonderful dog to adopt. I would never think about buying a dog when so many great dogs are available. I’ve loved each and everyone of them.

Muskogee animal shelter took my service animals from me and held them without any calls I had the money to retrieve them and everything and they still adopted my dogs out to someone else I am very hurt I feel like they did it on purposeand maliciously I can't believe they took my service animals from me and they knew how much I love my animal

Frustrating that there’s always someone there but never anyone that can help with adopting. Should really update business hours to when someone is there and able to help. Why have any employees there if they’re not gonna help find animals homes? Was really hoping to see employees that are passionate about what they do but only saw someone that seemed annoyed to have to speak to me. Should really consider hiring some employees that are passionate about animals.
