We love bringing our 3 dogs here for expert care and thoughtful navigating the health for each as an individual vs a one size fits all approach. Everyone is so chill, kind, understanding and compassionate, there's a vibe for sure, everyone in the lobby feels it, atmosphere calms everyone, the people too. Just cannot say enough about how efficient and friendly and high level expertise is here at every level. Routine visits and sick visits are equally the same solid quality. And a fun informative Insta too!

Over the past 40 years my family and I have watched how much this practice has declined due to management staff and certain veterinarian staff members. I HIGHLY recommend taking your loved family member to a different veterinary practice. I am extremely disappointed by the care my dog received at Murray Hill Veterinary Associates. In my experience, my dog was misdiagnosed by Dr. P and mistreated by Dr. C while suffering from multiple serious and life-threatening health conditions that required immediate and coordinated medical attention. Management staff, Nate and Jessica along with Dr. H and Dr. B failed to provide these services due to me advocating for my family member. We’ve unfortunately spent a lot of time at Murray Hill Vets the past few months. I can’t say enough for the quality of care both us as humans and our animals have received. We became unwilling cat owners after years of being dog people when a colony of wild cats moved into our yard due to construction across the street that tore down the barn where (we think) they used to live. We trapped the adults and used low cost neutering/spaying services and then released them. But the two kittens (who were wild for sure) needed checkups and regular care. Our first had the biggest hernia they’d seen on a kitten and puncture wounds on her neck. Clearly she’d been attacked. I took my hedgehog for a check-up due to an unknown growth that concerned me. I think the vets and staff were really kind, which I appreciate. I'm just honestly dissatisfied with the service given. I took my hedgehog for a check-up due to a growth on her leg. The vet had mentioned to me during the check-up he recommended a morning appointment because he couldn't sedate my pet at the time of our appointment 5 PM. It was news to me that she wasn't able to be sedated due to the time. This wasn't mentioned to me prior to the appointment. Instead when I asked over the phone if it was necessary to sedate my pet for the appointment, they told me it wasn't necessary. Just that the vet had recommended I be the one to hold her during the appointment. This fact felt off to me since I knew 90% of hedg

I love this place. I have two rescues, and they are both skittish about going to the vet. Murray Hill has created a team to work with me and my dogs to make sure they get the veterinarian care that they need!
