My two big dogs have been seeing Jill for their nailtrims for a few years now and I would recommend her to anyone! She's great with the dogs, calms their nerves, and is so sweet and friendly to chat with. We all have a positive experience every time we go; and her shop is super cute!

We found Muddy Paws 7 years ago when it was located in the edge of Dekalb. One of our boys had a paw sensitivity issue, both have their quirks. Jill has been able to make their grooming experience something they looked forward to. She can accommodate for heath and medical issues. The Salon is now located in Shabbona, 30 minutes plus from us. Let me tell you it is well worth the trip.

As long as Jill is in business, my dogs will be seeing her for all of their grooming needs. Not only grooming, but her new boutique has me shopping weekly for my dogs' enrichment activities. The best spa and boutique out there!

Jill is hands down, the most patient groomer there is. My dog has gone through numerous groomers, even having to take my dog to the vet to give her a sedative to be able to groom her. Jill is so sweet, caring, so easy to talk to. Thank you so much for all you do!
