Muddy Creek Animal Care Center

Truly cannot say enough good things about Muddy Creek. We’ve been sending our dog, Lucy, to their daycare for over a year and since then we have also used their boarding, private training sessions and grooming services. We just got her groomed there yesterday and she looks and smells amazing (picture below!!). The best part is that we can drop her off in the morning at daycare where she’ll get to play during the morning and then the grooming department picks her up, grooms her and then brings her back to the daycare so we’re able to wait until the end of the work day to go pick her up. It’s really a one stop shop and the only reason why we don’t use their vet services is because we had already started using another vet in the area before we discovered Muddy Creek. Switching to Muddy Creek for our new kittens care has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for their care. The team is friendly, responsive, and always accommodating, and it is noticeably easier to get appointments scheduled compared to our previous vet. The app makes staying in touch, requesting refills, and accessing pet records quick and convenient. We also appreciate the feline-only hospital, which helps make visits less stressful for all. We’re so happy we made the change.

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about this place! After my dog had licked mouse poison, I rushed him to the closest vet I could find which happened to be Muddy Creek. They immediately offered to help me, and then rearranged their whole schedules to fit him in and walked me through every step of his care process. I arrived sobbing with fear and the staff was so warm and reassuring that he would be ok (which he was)! I wish I lived closer so that I could make this my full time vet. Exceptional level of care for both animals and humans! Cooper and I are so grateful.

Felt so welcomed and comfortable. Delaney was amazing. This is the first time we have been completely happy with our dog’s grooming results. (We have been to a couple others who didn’t clip her nails, didn’t brush her out so there was fur all over the condo, and even shaved her belly without asking…) Shire is a GSD and her fur is high maintenance as well as her personality but they seemed to have no issue with grooming her. Although we had several add ons such as oatmeal shampoo, nail grinding, and teeth brushing, the prices were still lower than we’ve had before and are overall very reasonable. The only thing was we didn’t know we needed to tell them the tip amount before running the card. We will do that next time! Thank you so much for a positive experience!
