Mud Bay

had a super oddly specific request where one of my dogs is a much slower and weaker chewer than my other, but still wanted her to have as much fun as her brother. the staff gave 2 recommendations, and both dogs are so happy! Fae (the brown girl, light chewer) is eating the No Hide Dog Chew salmon recipe, and Toby (tan boy, heavy chewer) is eating a beef cheek roll!

A total rave incoming! As someone who has been walking dogs and training dogs for a long time, I really have to say first of all that I love the ethos of this particular store at least. Literally every single employee is so kind and welcoming, I always bring my little rascal, dog, or more so he brings me. The dog doesn’t trust a lot of people, but he absolutely holds me to the store every time we’re on a walk as we’re new to the area they have a great selection of pretty much anything you need for your cats and dogs, but also they have a small selection for smaller critters like bunnies and chickens. They have really nice products and it’s actually pretty decent pricing. I feel like some places are super overpriced just because they’re nice and in the city and this doesn’t feel like that

Ive never had an unpleasant experience here. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Their delivery service is amazing as well. Highly recommend!!!! Plus....they are LGBTQ+ friendly which I and my husband appreciate!! (As does our bulldog, Sammie)

I am constantly trying to find healthy food for my dogs and Mud Bay carries the types and brands that I have investigated and want to provide my dogs. The staff was very helpful in helping me find products that are helpful for a dog with a collapsed trachea.

Let me start by saying that the team at Mukilteo really care. James always is so kind and genuine. He's always helpful and attentive. Today he went above and beyond for me and my poor queen who had a c section and 2 out of 5 survived.... sigh on top of that my card had expired with out my knowledge at the vet earlier today...so I checked my mail and behold it was there....well it said that I could just use it in the paper from becu...well I went to use it and it had to be activated :< and I was at closing time ..left my dumb phone and just having a heart break ..and James, bless this man helped me. I'll never forget that act of kindness because regardless of the company it's still a choise at the end of the day. Your choise was love. I'll be back tomorrow and I will pay for the comp of can
