Mud Bay

Best pet store by far! Prices are usually equal to, or less than the big pet stores (unlike All the Best who charges 25% or more for everything). They ONLY sell the highest quality products. Never have cheap junk. Amazing and very knowledgeable customer service! Return policy can't be beat. Return anything, for any reason without question. Unresellable returns, they donate to rescue orgs, and you can bring still usable pet items/foods which also get donated even if it's not bought from them. They obviously don't have as much inventory as large pet stores, but do carry almost everything you'd need/want. This location is larger than some others so does have a fairly large selection.

Out of all the Mudbay's, this is by far the friendliest! Carly and Casey really helped me understand what I was feeding my pets. They helped educate me in the best treats to help my service animal look her best! I will be shopping at this one for all my future Mudbay buys. Thanks from Daisy

Pretty simple. You owe it to your dog to go to mud Bay. Healthy food, a huge variety of treats, clothing and accessories, incredible artwork. Shout out, and very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff. Does not matter which mud pay I have been to, they are all so very well maintained and so very informative. Love them, love their products, love the people

Going to be a lifelong supporter of Mud Bay! I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They’re helpful, knowledgeable, affordable, and a local chain that supports other small local businesses. They are always so generous with their samples whether it be for treats or food and are even mindful of preferences/dietary restrictions when offering them! Best customer care ever 💜 They also have a generous return policy and donate returned products to shelters. I always feel secure in my purchases from them and couldn’t love them more!

I love this store, and love love the people who works there as well. Very kind very professional. My last visit there i mentioned that my new kitty I coughing and I have spent over 4K on vet bills to figure out what is wrong with her and we did not get any answer. There was a gentleman (I’m sorry do not know your name) probably a manager I think. He recommended us to try herbal GI support. And only after just 4 days of using the drop I do not hear my cat coughing again! She has been doing great and I can not say how thankful I’m. Sir, thank you so much for the recommendation! You made our life super better. And saved us lots of money! Because vet was planing for many other expensive tests on her but now she is totally fine. I wish I could give you 10star review!
