The front desk staff was very pleasant to deal with. They took care of all my needs easily and quickly. The staff that took care of my puppy was great too. They were very busy but addressed all of her needs. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet needs. Thank you!

My baby was wiped out after his yearly well puppy visit and vaccines and labs and nail clipping. They did a good job as usual. He doesn't enjoy going lol it is necessary tho! We been here for many years. No complaints. Awesome med tech and nice reception staff

I've been taking my dogs to this vet for years. I trusted them with keeping my dogs healthy just to get let down over and over. Two of my dogs have bad skin allergy issues. Both cases they just send the dog home with steroids or other drugs that never solve the issue. After bringing one of my dogs in for a severe reaction he was having, they gave him an injection and said "it might work." After paying a hefty bill and going home, I watched him get worse and worse. They offered the option of a skin biopsy and that was it. I then took him to another vet in Janesville and got the help we needed. They drew blood and within two weeks, we had answers as to his condition. No painful biopsy, no steroids, no random injections that might work, and no more flare ups. Now he's a happy and healthy dog

Mount Zion animal clinic has been my family vet for years (20+). I have never had any issues until now. I brought my dog in to get checked for a sagging eyelid. After checking in I informed the vet tech that I was on a tight budget and only had $100 to spend. He “seemed” understanding, but when he went to get the doctor, Ashley Prochazka refused to see my dog, my sick dog, until a payment plan was settled. They were laughing and chattering in the back while I waited with my dog. To me, she only cares about how she was going to get paid for seeing my dog. I expressed that I am unemployed, but that didn’t seem to matter. I will not be coming back. I only want my pets to be cared for, without the greediness of money.
