Fantastic experience! The groomer was friendly, fast, and did an amazing job; my dog looks so handsome. Even though his haircut ended up being more work than expected, they stuck to the original quoted price, which I really appreciated. Affordable, great quality, and excellent service.

We love coming here, Liz has been grooming my family’s cocker spaniels for two decades. Our current reactive dog with arthritis does great with all of them, and we couldn’t be happier. They do the traditional trims for different breeds, or whatever you request. Definitely check them out! The new location they just moved to is roomy, and has great street parking.

If I could go back in time, I would never have brought my dog here. I read the reviews beforehand and hoped the one about them injuring a dog was just a one-time incident. I even asked them to please be gentle with my dog. But when I picked him up, I immediately noticed a cut on his back—along with a few other marks. They didn’t mention anything until I asked, and even then, it felt like they didn’t care at all. It was like it meant nothing to them. Today, I found another cut I hadn’t seen before—almost 10 cm long. If I had the chance to do it over, I wouldn’t go to this groomer. Trying to save a bit of money isn’t worth putting your dog through pain. They clearly don’t care about your pet’s well-being. Don’t wait until it happens to your dog. The negative reviews are real. We were recommended to come here by our vet for trimming my long haired cat’s fur. She wasn’t matted, but she doesn’t do a good job of grooming herself and doesn’t like to be brushed, so I wanted her trimmed before she could develop mats. She looks so cute! They shaved her body fur down to about a half inch and trimmed her tail up to match. The hair cut would look very natural for a short haired cat if it weren’t for her cute little fluffy head and arms! Thank you so much for helping me keep Katie happy and healthy!
