Mt Lebanon Animal Control

The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude from the moment she got on the line. I was told they will either call or will come out to help me with no definite of anything truly.

Simply won't help people in need. I have a racoon in the yard using the roof of my shed as its bathroom. We have done everything we can, light, sound to deter it but it keeps coming back. It's now a health issue because racoon waste is known to attract rats. And still no help

Asked some questions over the phone. The gentleman who answered the call was pleasant and helpful.

Called, provided detailed description of problem, officer came 4 hours later, it was a positive experience

Very helpful and didn't waste my time or money.
