Just experienced the most disrespectful phone call with this business. Called to set an appointment, because I had heard positive things about this provider, and was laughed at, interrupted, and told she is not at all interested in grooming over the holidays and then I was promptly hung up on. To be clear, I would have been happy to set an appointment weeks out and according to her availability, but not with that customer service.
Our beloved pet stayed here 3 days while we celebratedourhoneymoon. He was well cared for and Ms Greyling was super nice! Recommend her to anyone.
She takes wonderful care of my babies. I don’t have to worry about them because I know she will take great care of them.
Seemed like a nice place. The woman we spoke with would not take our dog for boarding as she did not have the vaccine for kennel cough.
Love Greyling and feel that my dogs are safe while in her care.
