Mr. Nigel's

I took my RagDoll cat, McGee, into Mr. Nigel’s today, paid $60, and left $20 for a tip. When I got home, I was shocked to see that McGee returned as dirty as he was when I dropped him off. McGee is accustomed to being groomed and enjoys it. His entire collar and around his ears are oily. If they couldn’t do a purebred cat, she should have said so! Just disgusted with the lack of grooming McGee received. I included a recent picture of McGee after a professional grooming. Don’t take cats here !

Our interactions with Mr Nigel's started out positive, as Michelle, the owner provided us with guidance on when we should cut our St Berdoodle, and suggested we wait until 9 months to do a full cut. We scheduled ahead of time, and were eager to get her cut as her hair was unmanageable at the length it was, despite regular brushing and care. After extensive research on what type of cut we wanted, we settled on the "lion cut." It's just as it sounds, keep the hair around her shoulders, and head longer, and cut the rest including the face, short, a cut we (and anyone can find) via a quick google search. I took her in and explained to the girl that would be doing the cut what we wanted. She said she hadn't done a Lion Cut on a dog that size, but she had experience in doing that cut with sm

Love Mr. Nigels. They’re very friendly and great with my Australian Shepherd. They do a fantastic job with her double coat-she always comes out looking beautifully. Also, they really do some seriously pretty TLC on her paws.

Mr Nigel’s is great! The price is not bad since it includes a bath, hair cut, nail trim, and his ears cleaned out. Their staff is super friendly and the place is very clean! It’s in such a convenient location with parking in the back for guests. Would definitely recommend taking your pet here to be groomed! Only down side is that when you make an appointment, you’ll have to call and LVM since they don’t have an online appointment system yet. But they do call back pretty fast!

Great first experience at Mr. Nigel’s! Alyssa did a wonderful job with my Louie. He was a bit matted in spots due to lots of muddy playtime and missing a groom in his normal 8 week schedule. She dedicated so much time to working with him and the matting to avoid a shave. We so appreciate her and the service at Mr. Nigel’s. Truly above and beyond! Also love the touch of his adorable bow-tie! We love their location with a convenient parking lot and also a beautiful lobby for waiting for pickup. Looking forward to Louie’s next visit.
