Customer Reviews
If you're looking for a reliable and safe place to board your pets, I highly recommend Mountain View Pet Retreat. Over the years, we've entrusted our dogs to their care, and each time, our dog has returned healthy and happy. The facility is well-maintained, with ample outdoor space for the dogs to run and play. I don't have to drive far to bring my dog there, but I would be willing to if I moved farther away. The owners ensure that every pet gets both indoor and outdoor time, which is important to me.
Wonderful, caring owners. This place is clean and quite with plenty of run around space for your dogs, the kennels are large with lots of space for pets to stretch out. The owner make sure that All the animals get inside and outside time. I drive over 1 hour to get there because I feel my dogs are less stressed and well taking care of.
We've been taking all 3 of our dogs to Pat & her husband & we Love Them!!! Our dogs are treated with loving, caring hands. I highly recommend this Pet Retreat!! Clean facilities & lot's of out door space for them to run & play. Always fresh water available & they will even bathe & clip nails if you so desire.
I used this pet boarding service for my German Shepherd for many years; he loved it. Wonderful, spacious, clean place, with caring, careful, and responsible owners. I am now going to take my new dog, an Airedale Terrier, to them.
NEVER LEAVE YOUR PET WITH THESE PEOPLE. I left my fur baby with them for the weekend only to get him back with huge bloody scabs all over his nose and cuts in and around his mouth. When I asked the husband what happened he told me that I had either brought him in that way as if I wouldn't have noticed the wounds or he had done it to himself which I'm not sure how he could have caused a bloody ring around his face. My dog has stayed at several kennels over the years and has never had an issue in the past. When my husband respectfully and calmly attempted to speak to the wife and further inquire as to how this could have happened the woman immediately started screaming, threatening me physically as well as threatening to 'call the law'. After further inspection of his injuries we've come to
