This location is just out for your money. I paid well over $200 + for my dog to be tested for giarrdia, and was left a pretty demanding voicemail a few days later demanding that I pay more in order to get the result. I tried calling to question that, as I was not told beforehand. I ended up accidentally reaching the Logan location instead, and they told me over the phone that I should not have to pay to see the result- they gave me my result for free instead! That was enough to make me never return.

First of all I can’t even begin to explain how much I love this vet. They’re all so kind. I moved to Utah on the whim with my dog who has previously been advised to take medication that calms her before going to the vet. However, since moving to this vet, she enjoys going in and happily trots right in with no issues. Alongside her we have recently adopted a foster puppy. We didn’t have much to work with as far as paperwork goes, but they saw him right away and got him all squared away for me. The staff always answers any questions I have and does a great job explaining what I don’t understand without hesitation. By far the best vet experience I’ve ever had. After calling my previous veterinary regarding an emergency and them denying services for my dog because they were completely booked, I called Mountain View Veterinary and thankfully they were able to make room to see my dog same day. Ever since I have been taking my dog here and we have had great experiences! They are very respectful and take the health of my dog really seriously, which is exactly what i had been looking for. I recommend you try this veterinary clinic.

I called to schedule an appointment for my dog to be neutered. The receptionist said a 200 dollar fee is required ahead of time. I'm fine with this, but told the receptionist that I'd drop off a check since they charge a processing fee to use a credit card. At the end of the day, I received a rude phone call from the receptionist saying that I haven't paid and there's 20 minutes before they close. The appointment for the neutering wasn't for another 2 weeks. A polite reminder would have been fine, but the tone was rude. I will go to a different veterinarian with good customer service as well as care.
