Mountain Pets & Water Gardens

I have become a new customer at Mountain Pets and really appreciate their customer service. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They also had my premium dog food on sale for $10 less per bag than what I paid for it at a previous store. Recently, I returned to Mountain Pets to purchase harnesses and leashes for my small dogs. The clerk helped me fit and adjust the harnesses to the dog so I went out of the store with the right size The prices are very reasonable, and again I really appreciate the excellent customer service at Mountain Pets. Thank you.

Small local pet store. The people working were friendly and helpful. While the store is majority fish, they did have a few reptiles as well. We went in to get my sister some crickets for her tarantula and they had the small size she needed. The store was clean and organized. Great place to buy local.

It's been a while since we've been in, but we love this pet store! We got 2 of our piggies from them and the young girl who was always there, made sure we were well tagged care of. We were also able to place an order for bulk food and they called us when it came in. Lots of supplies to choose from for all of your pet needs at a fair price. The water displays also provide a beautiful and tranquil environment while you're shopping. A true gem to visit in our community.

I loved this place at first, and I have bought a lot of fish here (no receipts usually), make sure u get a receipt from the lady because she only offers sometimes. 17.99 for a female betta (in which they say they don't have). 5 days after purchase it's dead. Gentleman says there's nothing he can do, no receipt, he's sorry. I will just drive farther away for my fish from now on. I wish you guys the best you have definitely lost all of my business.

The people are so nice there, it was my first time, I had questions about setting up an aquarium, turns out most of what I read was incorrect, not nearly as complicated as it seems. I'll go back to get my fish when the tank is ready.
