Mostly Muttz Rescue

We had an amazing experience adopting our puppy through Mostly Muttz Rescue! The entire process was incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. They were very responsive and helpful every step of the way. We completed the home visit and interview via FaceTime, were approved shortly after, connected with the foster the next day, and were able to pick up our puppy that same day! The communication throughout the process was excellent, and everything moved so quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to Mostly Muttz Rescue and the wonderful foster family who cared for our pup before he came home to us. We absolutely love our new puppy and highly recommend Mostly Muttz to anyone looking to adopt

We got our dog from them over the summer. They were amazing throughout the entire process. We were supposed to get her sooner than we did but they found out she was pregnant a few days before we were scheduled to get her. So we had to wait for her to have her puppies and wait for them to be weaned. But they kept in touch while we waited and sent us updates along the way.

We adopted our dog Murphy from Mostly Muttz 4 years ago and he has been the sweetest dog and adventure buddy. He loves the beach, hiking, and snoozin on the couch. The adoption went smoothly, and his foster Sunset was amazing- while we were living in PA Murphy still got to see her often which he loved. Super grateful for Mostly Muttz bringing him into my life, saving his life, and rescuing countless animals. I’m incredibly disappointed to see negative reviews from people- these are volunteers doing their best to take care of animals, transport them, provide medical care etc. with extremely limited resources. I understand everyone has their own priorities but please show some grace to people who are doing the best they can.

Rescued our little Lab mix from them today. Everything went smooth and fairly quickly. They were extremely thorough calling all our past vets, interview, home walk through. Stephanie was the sweetest who walked us through every step of the way and was there to answer any questions we had. The foster mom was in contact with us every day until we were able to get him. Sending us pictures and giving us tips. From start to finish it was a great experience with a very loving, good tempered pup as a new addition to our family. When we are ready for dog #2 we will absolutely be coming back to the same place!

Had an AMAZING experience with Mostly Muttz! For one, they are a very ethical and truly care about the dogs they have in their care. Each dog is living with a foster family until they are adopted, which I found to be incredible. After I submitted my initial application, I was contacted for a virtual FaceTime interview. The interview was awesome and I really appreciated the thought, dedication, and care that the volunteers have for the dogs that are up for adoption. A day later I was approved to adopt Tag! The process was seamless and now I have a forever friend. I cannot thank this organization enough and everyone who was involved in the process.
