Mossy Creek Kennel

Mossy Creek Kennel took such good care of our pup! We were traveling through the area and wanted to visit Cooperstown. I called Mossy Creek Kennel to see if our pup could visit their doggie daycare for the day and they let me know they would have a spot for her. It is a beautiful facility and you can tell how much they love dogs. Our pup was happily playing with a team member when we arrived to pick her up and we could tell she had a great time!

Mossy Creek Kennel. is exceptional. During my vacation, our dog Bella had her own vacation at Moss Creek Kennel last week. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable and made Bella feel at ease. It is a beautiful, well maintained and a fantastic break from the city. Bella, loved being in the country. Whenever I emailed for updates to check in on Bella, I receive prompt detailed feedback. Makes a dog Mom very happy to know she’s in the best care. Whenever we travel we now know where Bella will be staying. Bella and I, highly recommend Mossy Creek Kennel.

Love! We recently left our boys here for a last minute overnight and they were extremely accommodating. They helped me personalize a plan for our dogs and made them feel right at home. It was very clean and up to date. They had a nice haircut and bath by the new groomer and were spoiled with lots of treats / given their meds (they’re seniors) / and even fed their special dinner that was sent with them. Thank you Ellen and team!

I sent an email (per the website) to request a reservation to have Liz board my dogs while I have surgery. After a week with no response, I called her on the phone. Liz was very short and abrupt but did say that she should be able to take care of my dogs. Per her request, I emailed her all of the information she needed. I was told she would get back to me once she received the email. About 10 days later I still hadn't heard from Liz, so I called her again. When I said that I was just checking to see if she had received my email, she was (again) short with me and didn't seem to recall our previous conversation. She, again, said that she should be able to care for my dogs but when I started to ask her to please get back to me (I am having surgery & need to make arrangements for my dogs) she
