More Than Pets

I set an appointment on the app for 6pm to drop my dog off. I forgot her leash on the way and called them at 5:45pm to let them know I would be a couple minutes late and they did not answer. I show up at 6:10pm and the older woman who answered the door just straight up berated me about how I was late and they had to stay late and was extremely rude. I politely explained that I called and the app said to drop off at 6pm. She kept on going about how inconvenienced she was and I told her she was being rude. She then told me I needed to take my dog somewhere else and started trying to continue to berate me, but I left and informed her that she was being rude. This is extremely unprofessional and I am glad that I saw her true colors because I almost left my baby in her custody. Appalling experi

Do NOT take your animals here. The staff is beyond rude. The lady we met with to drop off our puppy was extremely unprofessional and cannot be trusted to properly take care of your baby. Look elsewhere. Literally anywhere.

From Kanga, Fiona and myself, I want to give a very special THANK YOU to More Than Pets for taking such care and attention to detail to all of their needs while I was away. I received the daily text updates (as an upgraded service, twice a day actually!) and received some of the best pictures of the girls, engaged with the team and HAPPY! But honestly, after the girls headed off with the staff at drop-off with no hesitation, I never gave it a second thought that they were where they would be safe, cared for and treated with the love and kindness they deserved! (and I expected!)

We have not yet used them ( four days away ) will update on that experience ! I can say the place was extremely clean ( and cold ) very impressive. The two lady’s running it are super friendly . When my wife and I left we both said we think we have found our pets new home away from home .. go check them out

My four little dogs often stay at More Than Pets. It's a wonderful facility, the ladies are extremely competent and caring. Several of my dogs have issues and require medication and careful monitoring. My dogs love going there! I wouldn't leave them anywhere else
