They did an AMAZING job on my girls’ first grooming trip! You can tell how comfy my big girls got, even without mom there. They made themselves right at home. Definitely recommend!

Moose and jacks is the only place that I will EVER be taking my bubby. He's a BIG boy (120lbs) and most groomers in our area wouldn't take him bc his weight. So when I asked her if his weight was an issue, she said heck no bring him in! Some days I don't know who missed who more lol. She's so kind and truly loves your pet as if it was her own♥️

Our girl loves going to Moose and Jacks and we love taking her! She’s a bit skittish but the girls do a great job taking care of her! So glad we found them!

The absolute ONLY place in town I trust with my babies. They do the most amazing job, so warm and comforting, it makes me happy to see my babies so happy with their experiences there. My dogs LOVE going there and I feel assured when I leave them that they are getting the absolute best care. I also love that it is owned by a female small business owner, who has taken her skills to the next level by opening her amazing business. I give her so much credit for taking the leap. Support local. Support small. Support real. Just can't say enough good things about the entire place. Do me a favor and take your doggies there- you will sleep as well as I do knowing they are cared for, truly.

I made an appointment to get my dog groomed, I believe it was an owner I talked with on the phone. I explained my dog to her an felt like they could handle him. He is 12 1/2 years old has Diabetes and went blind a few months back so he is anxious when he is away from home. I told the girl who was going to groom him that she needed to familiarize herself to him so that he would be comfortable with her. Clearly she hasn't been trained to handle a dog with any problems. Approximately 45 minutes after dropping him off I got a phone call to come and pick him up because he wouldn't stop barking. He was bathed and had a chopped up haircut. I was charged $70.00 for that bad experience. We wont be back.
