Customer Reviews
I've been taking my two doodles here for 3 years. Super friendly staff and worth the drive from Sioux Falls. They get straight to the point and do not recommend unnecessary, expensive testing. Dr. Renae is great with my dogs. Highly recommend.
They took really good care of my 9 year old chiwawa. I've only had him a few months. I wanted to have him neutered to try to prevent cancer. A friend recommended them because she had her 2 dogs neutered and spayed there. Staff is very friendly. Rooms and greeting area are nice and clean. Highly recommend.
The veterinarian at this clinic is wonderful and the prices cannot be beat, but like someone else said, the secretary is rarely pleasant and seems to hate her job. Lost my temper with her when she told me to "take a seat," when she could obviously tell I was in a hurry, and then took multiple phone calls and ignored me for what seemed like forever.
We love this vet! Reasonably priced, friendly, and it's a very relaxed atmosphere! I love that the vet lets me ask questions and let's us as the puppy parents, request certain things like help with nail trimmings and things like that. Also at 35 weeks pregnant, it's hard to lift our 50lb dog up onto the exam table so she examined her on the floor for me. My poor back and i were definitely grateful!
Phone receptionist got extremely rude and argumentative with me when I called to schedule a 2nd appointed for a lump on my dogs neck that the vet could not find the 1st time, the previous day I was in the clinic. I expected not to have to pay, that's when she became very nasty. She said it was my responsibility to show the vet the lump on her neck which I did and the vet said there was nothing there. She couldn't find anything and lead me to believe it was gone. I am not a doctor and they have made it my responsibility to know when it is or isn't a lump. After I went home my husband said the lump is right there. We need to go back. How is it my fault the veterinarian mislead me and misdiagnosed my dog?! The rude receptionist told me I will have to pay since it is their time. What about my
